This manga is a pretty good read, and really shows that sometimes it’s not about being ugly, it’s about your attitude. I also like how the manga didn’t make the popular girl the villain as would usually happen, because frankly that narrative is overplayed. As you read the manga you will notice that even though the popular girl is supposed to be “ugly” now, she actually looks more beautiful than the other girl because her personality and attitude are beautiful. Another thing to mention is the supernatural aspect of this manga, which could honestly make it count as a horror manga sometimes. It’s a very intriguing way of playing with the body switching idea, and excellently executed. Lastly, I like that there’s redemption all around in this manga and even though there’s a lot of unforgivable mistakes happening you’re able to let go of that as the reader somehow and just see why each character does what they do. Overall, great manga and interesting plot.
